I was extremely disappointed by this product, and cannot recommend it.Some background. I was running Windows XP, and needed a virtual desktop manager. I downloaded a trial version, I liked it, and purchased it. I was sent a registration number by JDSoftThen, my computer crashed, and needed to be replaced. My new computer is running Vista.  I was looking for a more interactive software so people in the field could enter their activities directly into the system instead of sending emails to the admin.If this was available in the web help desk software and I missed it, please let me know.I also could not see or enter info into the response area after the ticket had been created.
